Sales & Technical Services Centre

The European Sales & Technical Services Centre is based at our headquarters in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium and provides technical assistance and support for both European and Export markets for all FUJIFILM and Fuji Hunt photochemical products.

The centre also carries out application work, product testing, analysis services as well as playing a major role in new product development. Technical staff are also based at all our subsidiary offices to provide local technical support in the field. Many special projects are carried out each year including extensive testing of new film and paper chemical products, in depth analysis of competitive products and their characteristics when processed in Fuji Hunt chemicals.

Monitoring
Most of our subsidiaries and many distributors provide a quality control monitoring service using the FUJIFILM / Fuji Hunt specialist software package OASIS Pro Monitor.Control strips are posted to us, or read locally and sent by modem or internet, and then analysed by our specialist staff who will send a detailed report back to the lab with recommendations. This software can be modem or internet linked to provide an on-line service.

OASIS Pro
Any customer using an OASIS Pro system can be linked by modem or internet to our central system. This allows control strip data and chemical data to be collected from a laboratory or sent by a laboratory for in-depth analysis by our technical staff. Data can also be sent to our head office or any field technician’s laptop PC. Data is collected regularly and a graph and report sent back to the laboratory. Part of the on-line service includes lab audits to check whether equipment is functioning correctly.

Auditing
Fuji Hunt customers can use our in-depth audits to get a thorough overview of their operation and all the chemical systems with a "cradle to grave" status report.

Analysis
A comprehensive chemical analysis service is available. Apart from process checks this can also be used to check silver reports.

Environmental Advice
Through our Greenlab service labs can get advice and assistance with any environmental problems.
