The OASIS Pro Monitor program (click here for more info) is used as the basis for FUJIFILM Europe NV's extensive process control support and monitoring service. We are the experts - we manufacture the chemistry and our business is photochemicals; we have many decades of experience in the professional, finisher and amateur markets, dealing with all sizes of customer from "one man bands" to the largest photofinishing groups around.
In addition to running various quality control and monitoring programs for our direct and major customers, we can also offer monitoring services to any customer using Fuji or Fuji Hunt brand chemistry.
Direct Customers - Postal Services
Customers can apply to us to join our monitoring service programs. You will process and send in strips by post, generally on a weekly basis, and then receive by email a monitoring report showing your process results, with a graph and process advice for each strip returned. Charges for this service are available on request; we read all strips - and issue the report - on the day the strips arrive. Reports are currently issued in English, French, Dutch or German, with additional languages planned.
FUJIFILM Belgium, Netherlands, Other FUJIFILM organisations
We currently offer monitoring services for customers of FUJIFILM Belgium, Netherlands and Switzerland on behalf of these FUJIFILM companies. As we are located in Belgium, we use convenient and fast local postal services for Belgian and Dutch customers to send your processed control strips directly to us to avoid delays. Customers of other FUJIFILM organisations further afield send their strips to their local FUJIFILM office, where they are read daily. The data is then passed on to FUJIFILM Europe NV for expert process advice and reports and same-day service.
If you have your own OASIS Pro system . . .
If you already operate your own OASIS Pro system - and therefore read your own control strips - we can still provide monitoring services for you. It takes just seconds to send your control strip data to us by email or internet, and we can provide instant response and service. Support can be by telephone and/or reports, as required.
