| EnviroPrint Bleach-Fix 215 AC is a 2 part product running at the standard replenishment rate of 215 ml/mē and suitable for all types of paper processor. It's new design guarantees safe processing for Minilabs as well as Roller Transport processors even at very low throughput conditions. CPRA Digital Pro Bleach-Fix AC is a special bleach-fix designed to bring the best out of our CPRA Digital Pro Developer, and is ideal for the typical processing conditions found on large roller transport processors. This product also replaces CPRA Pro Bleach-Fix, which will be discontinued from Q4 2006. Replenishment rate remains unchanged. EnviroPrint Bleach-Fix 108 AC is a 2 part product designed for medium throughput processors and running at a replenishment rate of 108 ml/mē. It is the ideal companion for EnviroPrint Developer MR. EnviroPrint Bleach-Fix 70 AC and 55 AC are both low replenishment rate products i.e. 70 ml/mē and 55 ml/mē, suitable for use at any high volume process condition. Selection to be made on the basis of recommended 0.5 TTO per week. Both options are 2 part products. EnviroPrint Bleach-Fix VR AC (Variable Ratio) offers you the possibility to run your process at a replenishment rate of 55 or 70 ml/mē. Please follow the appropriate mixing instructions. EnviroPrint Bleach-Fix VLR RTU combines very low replenishment rate (55 ml/mē) and easy preparation. Ideal for high throughput minilabs. EnviroPrint Bleach/Fix 35 AC and EnviroPrint Bleach/Fix 35 RTU AC are the very latest “High Tech” products developed by the Fuji Hunt Research Laboratories for Minilab market. These products offer you the lowest possible replenishment rate, 35 ml/mē and minimize chemical effluent to an absolute minimum. EnviroPrint Bleach/Fix 35 AC is a 2-part product and requires additional water to make up to final volume of replenisher. EnviroPrint Bleach/Fix 35 RTU AC does not need any additional water to prepare replenisher solution. Both products are designed in combination with EnviroPrint Developer MP-45 AC and must be used in combination with each other. EnviroPrint FP Bleach-Fix and EnviroPrint FP Bleach-Fix MR are two new products designed for RA4 Fast Process minilabs. Both are monopart (MP) products, with the MR being most suitable for higher throughput laboratories. These products are suitable for most fast processing minilab requirements. Bleach/Fix regeneration is an ideal alternative to low replenishment rate chemistries, offering even lower Bleach/Fix waste generation and important chemical cost savings. EnviroPrint Bleach-Fix Regenerator is a system for regenerating RA4/FA process bleach-fix overflow, without need for desilvering. Normally, difficulties associated with the low pH of RA bleach-fixes and electrolytic desilvering mean that a regeneration system is impractical. With the EnviroPrint bleach-fix system, problems of excessive volume build up and thus overflow to drain are avoided. Desilvering can be carried out on a low flow wash or super stabiliser, and thus this product is only suitable for use where the processor configuration allows. EnviroPrint Electrolytic Bleach-Fix Regenerator is available as a conventional regeneration system for those laboratories who wish to desilver the bleach-fix prior to rebuilding. This concept reduces chemical waste to an absolute minimum and prevents high silver carry-over in wash tanks. EnviroPrint Bio Bleach/Fix Regenerator is the “High Tech” and “Environmental” version using a 100% Biodegradable compound, achieving a drastic reduction of minimum 50% of the hard complexing agent EDTA in the waste stream and allowing a minimum rebuilt ratio as high as 90%. Ultra Bleach-Fix Extender is available for those processors suffering from excessive bleach-fix oxidation due to very low throughput. | |||
