CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC - Features

DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES
Fuji Hunt’s CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC means that you can now achieve the highest quality results from large format digital printers and match the output from digital minilabs.

Over the past few years, there has been a digital revolution in the minilab market, offering huge improvements in print quality and greatly reducing the number of rejects and returns. Fuji Hunt’s Frontier image enhancement and digital processing technology, combined with high quality and advanced photochemistry, have been at the forefront of this revolution.

It’s easy to forget that digital exposing technology has been around for many years in the Prolab and Image Centres environment and many laboratories having installed medium to large format digital writers. Developments achieved by most manufacturers of sensitised materials concentrated on improvements to emulsion technology and everyone, except Fuji Hunt, forgot about the important role of photochemistry.

You will not believe that such an improvement is possible until you see it for yourself!

Major breakthrough
At the Photokina 2002, Fuji Hunt introduced CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC - specially designed for use in roller transport processors dedicated to medium to large format photo digital writers.

Everyone is aware of the problems incurred when attempting to process the output from medium to large format photo digital writers such as the Durst Lambda, Epsilon and Theta, Océ Lightjet, ZBE Chromira and Polielettronica LaserLab using standard photochemistry.

Achieving perfect results with a combination of normal processing times and a minimum of paper waste is always the aim but the difficulty in achieving high Dmax and colour saturation without flare is a classic problem reported by most laboratories.
Today, CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC is recognised throughout the photo industry as the standard for achieving superior print quality on paper and display. And, of course, it is really easy to use.

Among its many other features are an excellent balance between ‘flare’ and ‘deep blacks’, vibrant colour reproduction (including improved Pantone reproduction), clean whites, excellent process and chemical stability and simple printer calibration

Photographic laboratories have the option of superb Dmax and colour saturation, giving stunning images that cannot be achieved in any other way. For graphics laboratories, where printer stability and ease of calibration is just as important as output quality, CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC gives higher DMax than current chemistries on the market. This is coupled with sharp, crisp text with no flare – and really saturated blacks and colours on display materials.

New digital mixer
Extending the success of Fuji Hunt’s CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC, Fuji Hunt has a special digital mixer available for use with this chemistry. In an environment where processing labs are looking for increased safety and efficiency, this mixer offers the minimum of chemical handling and error free usage with no liquid spill. It is available as free standing or wall mounted

If you are not currently a CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC user, there has never been a better time to contact your local Fuji Hunt representative.
