C41 Process Bleaches

Several bleach systems are available for the C41 process to suit all types of process configuration. EnviroNeg RA Bleach 10 AC is included in our range for low throughput C41RA processors. This offers decreased base stain and improved overall process quality. It has been specially designed for low throughput minilabs and runs at a replenishment rate of 10 ml/135-24 film. Click here for further details. Available now. EnviroNeg Bio-Bleach AC is Fuji Hunt’s latest environmental high-tech product. It is available in 2 versions - 100% biodegradable and EDTA/PDTA free or with reduced hard complexing agents. Replenishment rate and regeneration ratio are identical to Negacolor Ultra Bleach 3. Both bleaches are recommended for all types of C41 processors with bleach bath times in the range of 3 min to 6 min 30 sec and having an intermediate wash between bleach and fixer. The older type bleach, Negacolor Ultra Bleach 2 is still available and has a bleach bath time in the range of 4 min 20 sec to 6 min 30 sec The above bleaches are one-part concentrate and may be used both for mixing fresh tank and replenisher, and also for bleach regeneration. The latest releases, Negacolor Ultra Bleach 3 AC (35 ml/135-24 film) and EnviroNeg B Bleach 3 LR AC (5 ml/135-24 film) are part of the Air Controlled product range and are available for C41B and C41BNP processes where bleach time is in the range 3 min to 4 min 20 sec. Replenishment rate is very low at only 5 ml/135-24 film, keeping effluent to a minimum. EnviroNeg RA Bleach AC continues the Air Controlled C41 Bleach product range; also available is Negacolor RA Bleach (lower cost but not odour free). These high speed one part Bleaches for the C41 RA process are designed to operate at the C41 RA bleach processing time of 45 to 60 sec, and also has a very low 5 ml/135-24 replenishment rate.
