Fuji Hunt RA4 chemistry for professional and finisher laboratories is available in a wide range of products abd pack sizes to suit all requirements.
Developers
CPRA Pro Developer is a specially designed 35°C formula to help to reduce effects of oxidation and tarring due to under-utilisation of a processor - typically roller transport processors in professional laboratories. This developer has a typical replenishment rate of 250 ml/m² under normal conditions, but this can be increased to handle lower throughput. Where throughput is higher, CPRA Developer AC at 160 ml/m² is recommended.
CPRA Digital Pro Developer AC is a special formula for use with roller transport processors in professional laboratories, and is designed to boost the DMax on digital paper writers such as the Durst Lambda, Theta and Epsilon, Océ LightJet, Polielettronica LaserLab, ZBE Chromira and Noritsu LPR-24.
EnviroPrint Developer is a general purpose 38°C, 160ml/m² developer recommended to those customers having low to medium low throughput volumes. It is also the starting point for finisher laboratories carrying out developer regeneration.
Developer Regeneration is an ideal alternative to low replenishment rate chemistries, offering even lower developer waste generation and important chemical cost savings. Depending on type of processor and maintenance on site, two options are available :
EnviroPrint Developer Regenerator LV must be used when only low rebuilding ratio is feasible, because of low throughput production or high carry-over conditions, and uses 55% collected developer overflow for regeneration.
EnviroPrint Developer Regenerator HV is the "High Rebuilt Ratio" version allowing a minimum of 70% collected developer overflow to be regenerated, resulting in an effective replenishment rate of 48ml/m2. Even lower effective replenishment rates are possible given optimum conditions.
Neither option requires high skilled chemists as specific gravity and pH are the only 2 parameters to control.
A range of Monopart EnviroPrint developers is available for all other requirements, with replenishment rates from 45 to 160 ml/m². There is a suitable product available whatever your needs.
